Tora Illustrates is a young illustrator based in Leeds, UK. Inspired by his mixed Anglo-Burmese heritage and experience of growing up in Japan, Tora’s work explores identity—how people form their identities and are also assigned identities by other people. His illustrations offer vivid and memorable images, tiptoeing between order and chaos, capturing the vulnerable human side that each of us knows but struggles to express.
